Liza Loidolt - Brand Commercialization Leader in Life Sciences
A life science executive with 17 years of experience, Liza Loidolt has worked across marketing, branding, and commercialization, working for companies such as Novartis, Amgen, and, more recently, Kite Pharma. Throughout her career, Liza Loidolt has established a track record of leading teams through late-stage clinical development of therapies in oncology and rare diseases to commercialization.
Liza Loidolt’s key achievements have been successfully launching products in the hematology and oncology space that have created a new standard of care for these innovative therapies. She demonstrated exceptional leadership in strategically turning around a profit and loss scenario; during her tenure as Head of UK and Ireland for Kite Pharma, she and her team tripled the size of the business through launches and organic demand generation.
She also reorganized and expanded the commercial team to increase marketing, sales, and patient access capabilities. At the same time, she improved employee survey results for three consecutive years. Finally, she led a cross-functional effort that culminated in the company delivering its first SubQ LCM program for a bispecific asset, allowing for its expansion into the 1L setting and creating other opportunities.
Ms. Loidolt’s expertise includes a master’s degree from Georgetown University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. Her interests outside of work are tennis, skiing, traveling, going to the beach, and spending time with her family. She resides in Laguna Beach, California.
